Ofsted Tomorrow? An Inspector Calls
A course designed to make sure you feel confident your school is best placed to make the most of the inspection
Cumberwell Park, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire
Monday 18th November; 9.30am to 4pm
This course will help you have plans in place so that you are ready for the inspection. It will share what is essential, what is optional and what can be left out. It will show what evidence Ofsted will be looking for to show progress both in lessons and over time. Ofsted has found that the quality of learning is hampered in weaker lessons by misunderstanding what makes a good lesson. This course will show what impacts upon judgements.
Mary leads Ofsted inspections and will share the essential features of high quality practice. She leads training for senior leaders across the country.
“One of my SLT also went to one of your INSET sessions recently – she was as “Wowed” as Jill and I were and is very excited at the prospect of you coming to work with all our staff and possibly with some staff from other local schools too. Well done and thank you Mary.”
R A Campbell (Mrs); Headteacher at Westfield Primary School, Haverhill
“Just a huge thank you. We got the phone call exactly a week after I came on your course. I knew what to expect, felt well prepared and readyand was able to be calm and pragmatic with the staff who in turn did not panic and gave of their best. An extremely valuable course for which I am most grateful. Many thanks.”
Amanda Vaughan, Headteacher Grove Primary School
